Award for Design-build Contract
September, 2005. Delta Services has been awarded a $1.3 Million Design-Build contract with the Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis.
The project architect is Walton & Associates of Springfield, and Martin Engineering will be providing site design services.
The warehouse will provide storage and staging for the Mission Outreach program which donates used hospital equipment to mission countries.
Delta Services to contract on new headquarters building for Brandt Consolidated
August, 2004. Delta Services has been award a contract with Brandt Consolidated to sub-contract roofing on the company's new headquarters building at 3001 S. Koke Mill in Springfield.
The project groundbreaking took place on August 23rd with three generations of Delta’s family taking the first shovel of dirt. The Architect is Steckel-Parker Architects of Springfield.
