Jewish Community Center
Overland Park, Kansas
PROJECT SCOPE. Delta Innovative Services installed this 117,600 square-foot roofing system. The project was completed in three (3) phases, over a three-year period. The roof is a GAF SBS-Modified overlay, with a 20 year GAF Warranty. We worked with the architectural firm Roof Asset Management on this project.
Munson Army Health Center
Fort Leavenworth, Kansas
PROJECT SCOPE. Delta Innovative Services installed a GAF Modified Bitumen Roof for the U.S. Army at the Munson Army Health Center, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Delta was the general contractor. The project was completed in September 2015.
North Kansas City Hospital
Kansas City, Missouri
PROJECT SCOPE. Delta was contracted by the North Kansas City Hospital to replace the existing ballasted EPDM roof system with a new Fibertite Roof System with tapered polyicyanurate insulation, this job took precision skill and coordination to complete.
Overland Park Medical Center
Overland Park, Kansas
PROJECT SCOPE. Delta Innovative Services installed a new roof for Overland Park Regional Medical Center in 2010. The roof is a Tremco built-up roof, 1-ply of composite ply, and 3 plies of 33# felt and gravel surface.
Santa Marta Living Center
Overland Park, Kansas
PROJECT SCOPE. Hart Freeland Roberts Design, Inc. and AG Architecture designed this elegant 200,000 square foot senior living center in Olathe, Kansas. Delta Innovative Services was contracted by the general contractor, J. E. Dunn Construction, to provide a GAF modified bitumen roof system.
VA Hospital
Topeka, Kansas
PROJECT SCOPE. Delta Innovative Services installed a 4-ply built-up roof with aggregate surfacing, with full-tapered polyisocyanurate insulation and modified bitumen flashings. With the roof replacement, new sheet metal components were installed along with updating the lightning protection system on multiple buildings.
