Bid Specifications

This 120,000 square foot office and support headquarters building was designed by Berkebile Nelson Immenschuh McDowell (BNIM) Architects.

Delta Innovative Services was contracted to install a lightweight insulating roof deck with a premium GAF TPO roof system. The Elastizel roof deck system was subcontracted to Western Fireproofing.

The final roof design was accomplished through design/build consultation between Delta, BNIM, GAF, Western Fireproofing, and J. E. Dunn Construction (the general contractor).

Bid Specifications

This 70,000 square foot tornado and bomb proof building was constructed to warehouse irreplaceable data. 

Delta Innovative Services was awarded the contract for roofing and sheet metal and installed a nearly bullet-proof Garland Modified roof system that boasted a two ply vapor barrier sub roof, four layers of roof insulation, a three ply heavy felt base, and an acrylic coated granule surfaced cap sheet.

The sheet metal subcontract work was done by J and L Sheet Metal. The designer was Gould Evans Associates of Kansas City, and the general contractor was J. E. Dunn Construction.

Federal Reserve Bank, Kansas City

Bid Specifications

The new Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is a 600,000 square foot facility that will reside on an exceptionally prominent hillside just south of the city’s landmark Liberty Memorial. The Bank will be housed in a limestone-clad tower comprised of 12 office floors above a 2-story base containing its operations facilities.

Ellerbe Becket Architects of Kansas City were the design architects. The GAF roof system installed by Delta Innovative Services consisted of a custom color granule surfaced modified bitumen roof system over an insulating lightweight deck. The general contractor was J. E. Dunn Construction.

Lee's Summit Central Office

Bid Specifications

Lee’s Summit School District awarded Delta Innovative Services the roofing and sheet metal work on this 50,000 square foot school support building.

Delta installed two different roof systems; a Tremco built up coal tar gravel surfaced roof and a GAF modified bitumen roof system.

The architect was Hollis and Miller Architecture, and the construction manager was J. E. Dunn Construction. J and L Sheet Metal was Delta Service’s sheet metal subcontractor.

Lee's Summit Elementary School #17

Bid Specifications

This 80,000 square foot new elementary school was designed by Hollis and Miller Architecture for the Lee’s Summit Missouri School District.

Delta Innovative Services was the low bidder for the roofing and sheet metal. Delta completed the roofing portion of the contract in near-record time, allowing the school to be completed in a timely manner.

J and L Sheet Metal was Delta’s sheet metal subcontractor. The roof system was a GAF modified roof, and the construction manager was J. E. Dunn Construction.

Santa Marta Senior Living Facility

Bid Specifications

Hart Freeland Roberts Design, Inc. and AG Architecture designed this elegant 200,000 square foot senior living center in Olathe, Kansas.

Delta Innovative Services was contracted by the general contractor, J. E. Dunn Construction, to provide a GAF modified bitumen roof system.

Warren Hills Elementary School

Bid Specifications

Delta Innovative was awarded to provide sheet metal and a Tremco built up roof system over a lightweight insulating deck on this 70,000 square foot new school building.

The architect was ACI Frangkiser Hutchens of Leawood, Kansas and the builder was Kraus Anderson of Lenexa, Kansas. Delta’s sheet metal subcontractor was Hennessey Sheet Metal of Kansas City, Kansas.

Bid Specifications

Delta Innovative Services was awarded the contract to provide a Carlisle TPO roofing system on this 65,000 square foot building.

This project included a full tapered insulation layout and insulation under the metal roofing.

The construction team includes the designer Gould Evans Associates, L.C., and the general contractor Walton Construction, both of Kansas City, Missouri.
