Delta Services will consult with you to make sure you consider shingles based on the warranty, plus UL fire and wind resistance ratings. Not all shingles are the same.
We will clearly explain both the workmanship and manufacture’s warranty. Delta’s crew will explain to you how we replace defective shingles and how replacement cost is prorated.
Commercial
There are four considerations which combine to determine whether you can re-roof over an existing roof: local building codes; the condition of the framing beneath the existing roof; the fastening anchorage that the existing deck will provide; and the condition of the surface on which the new roofing will be applied.

Of course Delta Services does non-emergency roof repairs, and we include a warranty for all of the work that we do for your repair.
We always inform our clients that when one leak occurs on a roof system, and a repair is completed, that there is no guarantee another part of the roof is not going to leak.
