Delta Innovative Services executed a complete tear-off and roof replacement of 275 square feet of differential elevated roofing on one of Kansas City’s tallest buildings. This high-profile project was conducted at an average elevation of 265 feet, roughly the height of seven stacked school buses.

Roofing System Installation
Delta installed a high-performance FiberTite single-ply roofing system, designed for durability and resilience. The system includes:
- 2-ply vapor barrier with FTR SBS Poly 3.5 sheets for moisture protection.
- Full tapered R-30 roof insulation, adhered with 2-part polyurethane adhesive for optimal thermal performance.
- 1/2″ DensDeck coverboard, also adhered with 2-part polyurethane adhesive, providing enhanced protection and fire resistance.
- 50-mil FiberTite XT membrane, fully adhered using FTR-190e bonding adhesive for superior waterproofing and longevity.
